From our first chat to the final petal placed —
here’s how it all unfolds.
Step One: The Consultation
We’ll begin with a relaxed virtual consultation — a chance to chat through your plans, your venue, and the kind of floral atmosphere you’re drawn to. Whether you already have a vision in mind or you’re starting with a blank slate, I’ll guide you with ideas that suit your style, season, and setting.
There’s no pressure to have everything figured out — this first step is simply about getting to know each other and beginning to imagine how flowers can tell your wedding story.
Step Two: Your bespoke proposal
Following our chat, I’ll create a tailored proposal with design ideas and a quote based on everything we discussed. You’ll have 7 days to review the details and decide whether you’d like to secure your date with me.
Step Three: Securing your date
If you choose to go ahead, I’ll send over your invoice and payment details. A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your date in my diary.
Please note: I have a minimum spend of £3,500 for full wedding floral design.
You will then receive access to your exclusive client portal where you will find links to your proposal, moodpboard and invoice.

Communication can be as frequent or as flexible as you like. I’m here to answer questions, bounce ideas around, or simply hold the floral vision steady while the rest of your plans come together.
We’ll have a final call around 4 weeks before your wedding to walk through the logistics, check for any updates, and make sure everything is in place for your day.

Step Four: The creative process
Behind the scenes, I begin bringing your designs to life — sourcing the most beautiful seasonal blooms, planning every detail of the mechanics, and preparing each stem with intention and care. My designs are always guided by your vision, the venue, and the natural rhythm of the flowers themselves.
If I haven’t worked at your venue before, I will conduct a site visit to ensure I understand the space and I have all the measurements required for the designs. We can meet there if you wish to be present.
Step Five: The final details
Around four weeks before your wedding, we’ll have a finalisation call to walk through your day and check your invoice, discuss logistics, and confirm any last-minute changes. This ensures everything is aligned and flowing smoothly, so you can head into your wedding feeling confident and calm.
From timings and access to set-up and clear down, I’ll handle all the floral logistics, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Step Six: Your wedding day
On the day, I’ll be there with my team — quietly and confidently setting the scene, building your floral story one stem at a time. Whether it’s a flower-laden arch, dreamy aisle meadows or abundant table arrangements, each design will be installed with care to feel like it belongs in the space — wild, artful and effortlessly beautiful.
Then, once the celebrations are over, my team and I will return to clear down and collect any hied items.
